Postby r_gonzalezdl » Sun Dec 12, 2010 10:55 pm

Hi guys is my new post, i have been looking in the forum for help but i was not finding anything (maybe because of my bad english)

I want to take an image like this one:

And make my own text vextors in inskape, the question is how can i change the angle of my vectors that in the final image appears like my "advertising" in on the image taken.

Greetings.

Welcome Ruben!
There are 3 different yet similar features of Inkscape which can do what you want. You will need to read the manual, to decide which one will work best for you (Help menu > Inkscape manual)(requires internet connection, or you could buy the book or PDF)(I'm not sure if there is a Spanish translation).

These are: Live Path Effects - Envelope Deformation, Extensions > Modify Path > Perspective, and Envelope. My guess is that the Envelope extension would work best. But again, do a little research, and decide for yourself.

This was very easy, i just had to create the text, then object to path, and then make some paths and use the effects the tool "perspective", this is the result:

Nice!
I'm glad it worked out.
