Hello Everyone,

I'm very new and newbie to Inkscape.
Here is my challenge. I want to create a practice sheet for calligraphy. I need to fill an A4 page with lines at 50 degrees at equal distance between them, 3mm.
Is this possible ?

Fast and dirty:

Make a 600mmsq rectangle and convert to guides, delete rectangle.
Make two vertical lines using the guides (lines 600mm apart).
Use interpolate extension to make 199 lines inbetween, to get total of 201 lines, 3mm apart.
Rotate all 50 degrees and move over the A4 page area. Printing or copy to pdf for printing should only print the page area.

Ah... excellent use of the bounding box to set tile distance. ::thumb-up::

It wouldn't be my first choice, but you could make a custom grid and rotate it.

Extensions menu > Render > Grids
or
Path menu > Path Effects > Construct Grid

Moini, your video is having some kind of ghosting issue for me. Not sure if you see it?

Of course I see it, it's due to the gif compression. Nothing I can change, it's hardcoded in peek. Doesn't always seem to happen.
