-How to set text size to scale. Ie 5" text height.
-How to create a cutfile for the text.

May I ruin your business model:
installing a font is as easy as putting the desired .ttf/.otf or other font file in the font directory of windows,
on opensuse it's just right clicking it and set installing.
Not much related to inkscape, but to the operating system you use.
