Hello,
I have a strange mistake. When I insert an image as I did always with crtl+C and ctrl+V, the image that I just have inserted replace the previous image that I inserted before. The replacement occurs when I came back to the Inkscape from the Internet navigator. That's really a problem because I use to insert a lot of images from the internet for my works with ctrl+c ctrl+v and when I do it now and I try to insert, for example, trhee differnet images I just get three images equal to the last image I just pasted.
What could be the problem?
Thank you very much.
The pasted image replaces the previous one
Re: The pasted image replaces the previous one

Welcome to InkscapeForum!
Is it possible that the newly pasted image is covering up the last image you pasted?
The clipboard can only hold one item. After you copy an image, you'll need to paste it before you can copy another. So if you copy 3 images, Inkscape only "remembers" the last one you copied.
If neither of those comments is helpful, it's possible that I don't understand the problem correctly. If not, maybe someone else will understand?
