is there any hierarcy window that can i see all itemsand select them one by one? from xml editor i can see all items but it is not easy to find and select item.

No, I"m sorry to say that Inkscape does not have something like you're describing, something like an object manager. It's a very frequently requestsed feature though, and I think the requests, at least those posted in this forum, have been increasing lately. What we need to do, is find that feature request at Launchpad (Inkscape bug tracker, and also where feature requests are handled) so that we can direct those asking in this forum, to add their support to that request.

~suv, if you see this, would you please tell me the appropriate "bug" to which to link? I know I can search myself, but sometimes the technical language at Launchpad confuses me, and I would not want to choose the wrong one. Plus sometimes it seems that you have an eidetic memory for bug reports (and forum topics as well)

Since related feature requests have been filed multiple times with (sometimes competing or conflicting) variations, it's difficult to offer single link ;)

Most of the reports have been linked to this blueprint (maybe it's current working title is a bit of a misnomer):

For me this is the typical exemple of UI dialog that should be shared (at least for ideas and blueprint) with other (FOSS) gfx app
