This is not a major problem at all, but those of you "regulars" probably will recongnize my insatiable curiosity about things I don't understand

When I first open Inkscape, the window always opens in the maximized state (which IS my preference). However, only half the right/vertical scrollbar is visible. As it happens, I have enlarged my scrollbars' width (I just find it helpful), and if I hadn't done so, the entire scrollbar would be off-screen. And as well, only half the status/info area, and everything else along the lower edge of the window, is visible. (Stroke info is off-screen entirely, half of Layer dropdown and icons, half of zoom info, and the Y coordinate of the cursor, next to the zoom info is also off-screen entirely.)
In order to have the window really and truly maximized, I have to first Restore Down, then Maximize, and then the window is displayed properly. Does anyone else experience this?
Or is it probably due to my system display settings? I'm on Windows 7, 64-bit, and 1366 x 768 resolution (which I've sometimes seen referred to as "wide screen", although I know wider screens exist). I have it set to display text at 125%, rather than the default 100%. And I know that causes some webpages not to display properly. But I've also noticed that it doesn't affect ALL the text I come across.
What I don't know, is whether this enlarged text affects other programs, or just Windows and os-related things? Any idea if the enlarged text thing might be causing the pseudo-maximized Inkscape window? Or otherwise what might be happening?
As I said, not a major problem. Just curious

And thanks, as always, for your help and support
