Yeah, that crossed my mind too. But that's the part that actually appears to be working, when imported into the B sw. (Although, emphasis on "appears" since I've never seen this software before.)
It could be a million things....well, at least 100. Maybe it only works with strokes, and maybe the black part is wide strokes. Or maybe it's the gaps between the color and the black that's throwing off the sw recognizing it. Or maybe they are too wide. Or maybe the colors are portions of a circle, and not paths (although they do look for all the world like paths. They look like they could have been made with Inkscape's Paint Bucket tool.) Maybe it has something to do with the page border, since it does not appear to be entirely inside the page in Inkscape. And maybe not in B either? But we just can't tell.
If we had the SVG and the EMF files, we could make better guesses. But they would still be guesses.
I don't suppose the software is free? If it's free, I wouldn't mind downloading.....although whether I could install it without other embroidery machine software, I don't know.
Actually it might help to post this in
Inkscape for Cutting Design forum. It's for using Inkscape with digitual cutting soft and hardware. It's not exactly the same thing, but it is the same theory or concept as with the cutters. I recently took over ownership, and am trying to revive it. It's more or less on life support, but some old members still visit a couple times weekly. They might have heard about this software, or know of a forum for it. They are some crafty people
Another idea -- search YouTube or the whole internet, for more tutorials, or even a forum.
