Mouse can move slider only slightly (Windows 7 Pro, Win64, 0.92)

Just upgraded to 0.92 and found this slider control ("Smoothness" in "Power Stroke" in "Path Effects") that can only be moved a bit at a time with the mouse. Just trying to figure out if it's likely a bug, something I don't understand, or a personal config problem. Made a handy-dandy animated GIF to demo, that I probably can't figure out how to make appear embedded:

FWIW, just putting the mouse over the slider and using the scroll wheel easily moves the slider through its entire range.

I get the same (Linux Mint 18, 0.92), also with only a single LPE applied ;-)

Can you look if there is already a bug report for this at https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape - and if there isn't, create one? You can append the gif there.

Similar Windows 7 Pro, 64-bit, Inkscape 0.92, 64-bit.

Can slide 0.01 to 0.03 or 0.04 distance with slider. Spinbox moves by 0.10 with each click
