After image made, then no image when clicked on file

Hi, I design an image, but then when I click on it after Ive saved it, windows photo gallery opens and their is no image. its says cant open this picture or video, this file format is not supported or you dont have the latest updates to photo gallery.

What's the file format of the image you made -- SVG or PNG maybe? The Windows Photo Viewer cannot display SVG images, but it should be able to display a PNG.

Oh wait, did you say "Windows Photo Gallery"? If the image is a PNG (I think I remember from your other topic?) here's how to look at it. Open Windows Explorer. Find the folder where you saved the image, and double-click on the image. That will automatically open the image in Windows Photo Viewer.

Please let me know if this doesn't solve your problem. It may be that I don't understand what the problem is.
