Vertical line at 105 mm
Horizontal line at 148,5 mm

If I print this page the center meashures approx. 102 x 146,5

Where is my mistake?

I assume you mean that the guidelines with the positions you showed, intersect at the middle of the page in the Inkscape document? Does the entire image print properly, except for being off center? Or does the off-centering cause part of the image to be cut off?

I think printers can have default margins which may be interferring with your Inkscape formatting. Other than that, I'm not sure.
