I 'm using inscape and i want to find an effect like "power clip >> place inside container" of Corel Draw.
Does inscape include such an effect?

Not sure what the "power clip >> place inside container" actually does, but Inkscape does have clip path support. see:

It might be a clip applied to a group of objects. Is this what you're after?
