Nothing I need help with. Just surprised and want to confirm. It used to be that if you wanted to copy something from one doc and paste into another, the new document, or receiving document, had to be open before you copied. I forgot to have the new doc open already, just now, and copied, then thought what the heck, maybe it's changed. So I opened the new doc and tried pasting, and it worked!
Not too long ago, I saw where someone gave instructions to open the new doc first, before copying. So I'm not the only one who didn't know this. So that's partly why I'm posting this. The other reason is that I'm curious if anyone happened to notice, or otherwise knows when this change happened. Maybe it was an unintentional "fix" somewhere along the way? I'm currently using 0.48.1 (on Windows).
