Problem with outsets
I've been using outsets on my laptop with no problem for a while now. I just got a new desktop Windows 10 computer and downloaded Inkscape 0.92. I'm trying to do an outset of .25". I normally go under Edit, Preferences, and change it under Steps. It is showing 0.25" there, but when I perform the outset, it is doing it by some other amount. A 1" square becomes 2.787". Any thoughts? Thanks!

Yes, I can reproduce this. Could it be this bug: https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/+bug/1542093
(it's supposed to be fixed in the development version, so maybe you can test: https://inkscape.org/download/development-versions/ )
