Drawing Roots

Hi,

Im fairly new to inkscape. I need your help/guidance. I would like to draw some roots to include in a bottle wine label. Similar to the file attached. But i want to draw it myself.
Any help how to achieve it?

Hi. Thank you. Yeah i already read that thread. Nice info. I really would love to know how they did that roots pattern i posted here, seem really smooth and delicate.

Used something like inkscape's pattern along path live path effect on spiro-splines in illustratot?
