[SOLVED] Altering space between letters in a Text

I am trying to reproduce an existing business card
the text font seems to be Arial (the shape), but the space between letters seems to lesser than normal, so the letters are closer one to their neighbours.
I remember MacroMedia Fireworks MX has this functionality, but I cannot find it in Inkscape. Does Inskscape have it?

I see the solution. It's kerning.
