I installed inkscape but when i launched it, i have a little problem :

All the icons for each buttons don't appear, i can just see red cross instead.

Coul you help me ?

Pretty hard to guess what Inkscape version and operating system you use... need more info

I'm using Windows 7 and i have inskscape version 0.47

Could be Bug #505107 in Inkscape: “[Win32] Inkscape cannot find its resources (e.g. icons) when run from an Unicode directory”:

You could either try to uninstall Inkscape and install it into a differently named directory (using a name without special characters) or try a recent development snapshot build (be sure to unpack it into a newly created directory).

I Have a good news, now it works

I explain : i installed Inkscape on my second hard disk (D:), but as you advised, i uninstalled the program and installed again on the Hard disk where windows is installed (C:).
Now i have all the icon, that's wonderful !
