Re: Cars- work in progress
Wow, are you going to have as much detail in the whole car, as you have in just the bolts alone? If so, that's a really challenging project! I have a lot of respect for challenging projects, lol!
I would only have one comment. In the 3 views of 3 bolts, they go from almost round, to more tightly elliptical, which I think is to show them at different angles. What I'm thinking is that the closer the views go from I'd say a 45 degree angle, to more of a side or profile view, more of the shaft of the bolt would be showing; while in your bolts, the visible part of the shaft is the same length.
That said though, if the goal is to draw the whole vehicle/cartoon character, I don't think it would be noticable, because they're so small compared to the whole car.
I'll be excited to watch this progress

Re: Cars- work in progress
Hey brynn, thanks to replied, at least is my first car but I was thinking to have some different like the normal saetta mc quinn. I` ve just used one picture for have a small idea for what's going on. I think I will change the lenght as you suggest to me, but I don` t want put a lots of details because is a cartoon character but at least for my next photorealistic car I want to have a lots of advice.
Now I started with the tires and I put on it the bolts. But with a little differences than normal. The bolts looks like went inside. One new model of disk brakes
I need to put the lines on the tires as well but no idea what type yet.
Also I want to give the tires a different style then the body,as Mc Queen is always proud with new special tires and I want to give the same idea on the draw.
And I started as well to put a colour on the body

for some reason (i'll either blame the monitor or my eyes) the hood seems to look missing. maybe if the hood was the lighter shade of red?
