I have a pretty straightforward question, and it's one that seems easy enough to answer, but I can't figure it out.
I have a circular logo, which fits inside a square selection whenever I select it and export it. I want to use the logo on a pamphlet and flyer, and I want the text-wrap to go around the circular image and not the square selection.
Does anyone know how to make the selection follow the circular image and not the square?
If it's unclear what I'm asking, I can clarify it.

Are you using Inkscape to create the flyer?
There is an option in Inkscape to flow text into frame. Create an object that looks like the frame you want your text to follow and flow text into it. You can read more in the manual and guide
