when i resize a line in a drawing the stroke style/width is changing with the resize.

are there any way how i can lock the settings of stroke/width so i always have the same width even after resizing?

Yes, there is a toolbar button on the Tools toolbar when Selector tool is active. It is the first button of 4 in group that control other properties when transforming objects.
