Hi There, I have new mac and one think doesn't work same way like it works in windows

Next command in windows:
When I draw rectangle and select it, I can move it follow way:
Alt + arrow (move selection by 1 pixel)
Alt+Shift+arrows (move selection by 10 pixels)

And same command in Mac:
Shift + arrows <--- Works same way like Alt+Shift+arrows (move selection by 10 pixels) in Windows
But when I press Alt + arrows, rectangle moves but much more that 1 pixel

So my question is how this command:""" Alt+Shift+arrows (move selection by 10 pixels)""" works in mac?
