Welcome Ya3goub!
Absolutely yes! I know many people sell their work through the DeviantArt website, and I've seen topics about a few games made with Inkscape. If you go to Help menu > About Inkscape > License tab, you can read all about it.

The GPL license only applies to the progam code. Anything you create with inkscape is entirely yours and you can do whatever you want with it.

Oh, sorry. My bad. I didn't read the whole thing, but I also didn't realize there would be a difference. It's just the only legal info I know about Inkscape. I do know the images you create are yours, and assumed the license would back that up.
That said, can you have an open source, GPL licensed program, and not own the images you create with it?

Ya3goub:
I see no issues with using documents you create in Inkscape for personal profit. These are your works of art whether you use them in a game or whether you design logos for airline corporations.
The software is free and it is OpenSource. The documents you produce while using Inkscape are all yours, just as they would be with any other program.
Your art is your art. How you use your art is up to you. I sure hope it pays!

Off topic:
I once sat in a restaurant with my son eating a hotdog and hamburger. As he and I chatted I noticed a man a couple tables away. His laptop was open. I saw -- in the program he was running -- a design he made. It was wide, had clip art of a freshly baked pizza along with the name of the restaurant we were in. As the artist and owner looked over the design, I gave the laptop another peek and realized the art software he was using was Inkscape.
