Creating paths from cross-sections

Creating paths from cross-sections

Is it possible to create a path from a cross-section? For example, I'd like to draw a cross-section road with lanes and things like this, and then use a path to make it twist and wind its way through.

I think you're talking about using Pattern Along Path.
