i hope this isnt too stupid a question...

ive created a letterhead in inkscape and am trying to insert the file into a word document, however not all of the parts of the graphic came across. since word doesnt recognise .svg picture files i saved it as .emf and any other filetype that inkscape could save and word could recognise, but to no avail.

the letterhead graphic is mainly text, which comes across fine, a green line, which also comes across fine and finally a small graphic which does not come across.

Any ideas? maybe its really simple or something i dont know... anyway, thanks in advance for your replies and help

was the graphic a bitmap image that you copied into inkscape or was everything created in inkscape?
