inkscape drawing to flexi starter doesn't read cutable

I made a drawing using inkscape like many times before. This time I have 11 different colors and when i transfer to the flexi starter it shows up, but then when i go to cut it says nothing is cuttable. I went through everything and can not figure it out. Any help I would apreciate. Thanks
