Hello all. I want to know if there is a way to paste a photo, then have the ability to skew only one corner node of that image (before tracing the photo). The photo is a sign on a building taken from the street below and I'd like to stretch/skew it to make it square, instead of a trapezoid it currently is because the photo was taken from below, looking up.
If this isn't possible, I would assume I can trace the photo elements, group those elements and then skew them square (ungrouped from the photo).
Any help would be surely appreciated!

You could use GIMP - Perspective tool to fix the photo, then trace the photo in Inkscape.
You could also apply Perspective to the traced vector objects but I don't think Perspective is available as a LPE so that it can be applied to groups so you'd have to use the Perspective extension but on each object separately, that would be very tedious. I vote for the first method
