So far so good, I created it by drawing two lines with the bezier tool and just dragging a couple of points along the line to create the basic shape, then duplicating it and offsetting the new copy, then dragging its points to touch the other two points creating a closed shape, then combining them with CONTROL+C into one object. It worked fine, but when I fill it, I get this tiny little fine line the same color as the fill from one tip to the other across it. Here is a blown up view showing it:

Its very fine and hard to see in this particular screen grab, its a little more troublesome in the program and it bugs me. It is more visible at one end than the other, and I have to zoom quite far out for it to disappear altogether. I was hoping someone might have an idea why its there and how to get rid of it. Perhaps I am creating this shape in a dumb way?
Thanks for any help.
