Can you change the default font?

How do I go about changing what font is selected when I first change to type tool? :tool_text:

-- Open the Text and Font dialog
-- Choose the font and font size that you want
-- Click "Set as default" button

So that's very simple, but I find my default font gets changed somehow, without me doing anything. I don't know if there's a bug or what, since I've never looked into it. But whatever you set as default should hold for a while. Eventually you may notice it's changed, but then you can just re-set it.
