Can't draw circles!!!

Can't draw circles!!!

Hello!
I obviously did st wrong and can't draw circles anymore (stars too,I just get a certain rectangle), and there pops up a window , with "Inkscape Preferneces Ctrl+Shift+p)

I was cklikcing this, nut nothing happened. Please, can U give me the advice?

Hi.

Is it possible, that the object is set to be totally transparent?
Check the bottom line of the window, at the left you should see 100% opacity instead of 0.
