Re: CPU Usage & Memory 100%. | Inkscape 0.92
Could you provide some more details about what you're doing?
Do you mean you're using the commandline? Or shell mode? Or some kind of script? How is the server involved as opposed to just your computer? Is the server CPU and memory maxed out? Or your computer's cpu and memory? What kind of processing are you doing to the records?

I am converting my SVG file to PDF. While I am doing this my CPU usage is directly reach to 100% and memory consumption is average near by 50%.
I am trying to convert 1000 SVG to PDF parallely.
My Current system configuration is:
Windows server with 256 GB RAM, 8 cores CPU

256 GB RAM? Really? Or is that hard disk drive and not RAM?
What type of SVGs are they? Do they have many objects? Are some of the objects images (raster)? What is your Bitmap export resolution (Inkscape preferences > Bitmap)?

If you can provide a typical SVG file that you are using, as an example, we can better try to help.
Have a nice day.
I'm using Inkscape 0.92.2 (5c3e80d, 2017-08-06), 64 bit win8.1
The Inkscape manual has lots of helpful info! http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL/html/

Processor: Intel(R) Xeon(R) CPU E5-2E30 v3 @ 2.40GHz 2.40 GHz (2 processors)
Installed memory (RAM): 128 GB (128 GB usable) SyEtem 4-bit Operating System, xE4-based processor
Command: -f {SVG} -A {PDF}
Please find attached SVG and below link of sample SVG that I am trying to convert
Attached PDF is using 14GB of memory for processing and it took 4 to 5 min
