Flip image/rotate view for drawing

Hiya,

I presume this has been suggested earlier since it's an obvious one for a drawing package, but quick ways to flip the image and rotate the view to make it easier for freehand drawing of strokes, as well as checking the flip view to see how it compares.

Have you checked the inkscape bug tracker to see if it's been requested? If not submit a new report with all the details, maybe a screenshot if necessary so developers can better understand it https://bugs.launchpad.net/inkscape/

This would be awesome!
I would love something like this, kinda like a pan tool but it rotates the page around...
Did you submit it?
