How print large document?
I have document 3700x2300 px. How set Inkscape for fit this document to A3 page printer? Is in Inkscape preview?

assume this is Windows computer...in which case when you choose Print from the main menu, the dialog that comes up (different for different printers) you should be able to set (force) paper size and choose the option to Fit to printable area, or whatever that option is called on your printer dialog.
