I'm a brand-new Inkscape user so please forgive me for asking such a basic question.
After watching a tutorial video on youtube in which the artist used the Draw Freehand Lines (pencil) tool and then increased the width by going into the path menu and choosing "Path Effects Editor" and changing the width in the dialog box there, I tried duplicating this process using the 0.91 version but couldn't find "Path Effects Editor" in the Path menu and "Path Effects" shows a very different dialog box that doesn't allow one to increase the width of the line just drawn.
How does one increase the width of a line with this version of Inkscape?
Thank you.

Re: Help With New Version, Please!
Hi.
The previous shape options of the pen and pencil tool are now represented with the powerstroke feature. Not much documentation yet, but you can search the forum discussing how to pull the small handles to alter the shape.
