How to repeat an object by a geometrical pattern?
Re: How to repeat an object by a geometrical pattern?
Hi.
For 2D you can use tiled clones.
For 3D? Not much with inkscape only. You can use tiled clones above each layer/group of objects but cannot add a perspective transform (still preserving the clone link) so the closest you can make will be looking with an orthographic projection.

Try Blender for open source 3D modelling.
