I've run into this problem after upgrading to Inkscape 0.91. I'm trying to export an image to PNG, but when I click the "Export PNG Image" option nothing happens. No dialog box appears. I thought maybe there was something wrong with my image so I tried exporting a different image but again, nothing happened. I also created a new document, drew a square and tried to export that but once again, nothing. I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong...this never happened to me when I was using the last version of Inkscape. When I did a search for this issue I couldn't find any similar threads, but I apologize if there's a topic about this issue already. Does anyone have any ideas? Thank you in advance!

In 0.91, developers have made the Export PNG dialog docked by default. I had the same problem when I first used 0.91. I was waiting for the dialog to pop open on top of the canvas, and didn't even notice it over in the docking area (right side of Inkscape canvas)

As far as I know dual monitors make it even worse.
