I am trying to make a text in a spiral. It works perfectly, but the text begin always from the inside of the spiral and goes to the outside. I would like to make a text going from the outside of the spiral to the inside. Is it possible? I have tried several effects but it doesn't work. Somebody has an idea?

Have you tried using Path > Revert on the spiral before putting text on it?
