Hi folks,

Straight forward question that I cant seem to find an answer to on-line. I'm creating a geological cross section and would like to fill the different units with suits fill patterns. Are there more pattern available within inkscape other than those in the drop down menu in the fill/stoke dialog box? The selection there seems very limited only and array of stripes and polka dots.

I know that it is possible to create new patterns; but isn't there a library of preexisting patterns available to use?
