Hi Inkscape Lazer users

I am hoping someone can help me with an issue I am having.

When I save a plt file it loses all document properties.

I have a default document set up in mm and 300mm wide x 200mm wide

When the document is saved as an SVG it retains the document properties. When I save as a PLT it loses all the document properties and has Px and Pt units sizes with the object place halfway down a portrait A4 document

This has only started happening in the last 3 day, before that it would save the units in the PLT file.

I am using Windows 7 Ultra and Inkscape 0.91
So far I have tried
Re installing Inkscape
Deleting the default.svg in both the C:/program files/Inkscape/share/templates and %APPDATA%\inkscape\templates (although even with deleting these templates and inkscape, I still get my altered default template for new files when I reinstall inkscape).
I have loaded the uniconverter 1.1.5 and run the inkscape patch

I cannot use my lazer cutter for the last 3 days as the cut starts to far down the bed as the cutter interprets the px values as mm.
