How can you tab over in text and then align the tabs to the text to the right of the tabs so they are all even?

Example:

1. Text text text..............Text text text
2. Text text text..............Text text text
3. Text text text..............Text text text
4. Text text text..............Text text text

not sure this is possible, see bugs-

two works arounds would be-
1) create two text boxes for right and left text
2) use monospace font, every character is the same width so spaces can be used as tabs

I could be wrong though....
