Website slow or not loading

My host is having more issues with their servers which having significant impact on this site. I apologise if you are finding the site slow or inaccessible at times.

It's definitely back to normal operation, but there hasn't been an "it's fixed!' announcement from my host, so it may or may not degrade again.
