Hello,
sorry for being unclear: I need a result that looks exactly like the starting ellipse, but divided in circular sectors so that I can for example remove one of them like in your first drawing. Like if I started with some duplicates of the same circular sector and had moved and turned them so that they formed an ellipse...

P.S.: how can it be that your answer has a posting hour of 9.56 p.m. and my question 12.50 p.m. of the same day?
