Nothing works when pressure sensitivity is on.

When I turn off "Use pressure sensitivity" none of the drawing tools work.
I tested it with two Wacom tablets, and with the proper and recent drivers.
Pressure sensitivity works in all other programs.
I would like to use pressure sensitivity in Inkscape!
Windows 7, Wacom Graphire Wireless, and Wacom Intuos 2, Inkscape 0.48

Fixed it by manually editing the preferences.xml file.
