Unpaved tracks

Postby si f » Wed Nov 25, 2009 12:37 am

Hi

I'm drawing a bunch of maps up. For normal paved roads, I:

1. draw the roads in black
2. make a duplicate of the lines
3. Change the colour and width of the duplicate lines.

This gives the effect of a colored line bound by too black lines.

I'd like to represent unpaved roads as an unbroken line one side, and dashed line the other.

Anyone any ideas?? It would need to be quite simple, because I have a lot of these things to draw...

Cheers

Si

why would you not simply use a dash in the stroke dialog?
