Hi, I'm trying to export an svg image as a png one, the result is ok if i dont have any text. When i have the text it is shown in the result image but way smaller than the one that i see in the svg. I've tried setting the font-size in pixels and using font size keywords. Does anyone knows how to keep the font size?
the call that i'm doing is
inkscape svg_file --export-png=test.png -b=#ffffff
problems with svg text size
Re: problems with svg text size
well a quick solution that i found is multiply the actual fontsize *1.2 when i want to export it to png in case somebody has the same problem
Re: problems with svg text size
Um, well I didn't answer this yesterday, because I don't understand
But I do know that I haven't heard of any issues exporting text to PNG. Could you attach an SVG in your next rely? Then we could examine it, and try to learn what the problem might be. It could be you've stumbled upon a bug. It could be a known bug (although not known by me, lol). You could always search Launchpad, while waiting for more replies? (There ARE issues exporting text to PDF, that I've heard of.)
