hi ppl.. i've created a 22 x 14in sign.. is there any way to get inkscape to break up the banner and print it onto 8.5x11in page my printer can handle? thanks in advance

just export the image to bitmap, but do not export the whole page, but a part (you can specify yourself what part you want to have exported)... You can then print the exported image... good luck!

Are you a Windows user? If so then maybe Tile Print is what you want. My father is into R/C airplanes and he uses it to plot out very large pdf's to 8-1/2x11 paper to make a template. It works very well for him.
