Install NiceCharts Extension
1. Download the source code .tar.gz from https://launchpad.net/nicecharts.
2. Extract it so you have 3 files: 2 .py and 1 .inx.
3. Copy all 3 files into ~/.config/inkscape/extensions (Linux) or any corresponding "extensions" directory in Windows and Mac OS X.
4. Restart Inkscape.
5. Find NiceCharts on menu Extensions > Render > NiceCharts.

Use NiceCharts
1. Open NiceCharts extension.
2. Enter this CSV code into Data > direct input section on NiceCharts window: Asus:40,Acer:30,HP:20,Dell:8,Axioo:9
3. Select Chart Type: Pie Chart.
4. You will produce a pie chart like this.
