Hi .. I have made a logo for my site but when I drag it to resize it one of the shapes/lines doesn't resize and distorts. I've tried grouping and not grouping but nothing seems to help. I can manually go in and alter all the teeth individually but I would like the logo to be exactly the same on everything whatever the size.
Help please !
Logo attached.
[SOLVED] Re-Sizing Problem
Re: Re-Sizing Problem
That's strange, because this should work flawlessly. Also, I cannot reproduce it.
Can you specify what version of Inkscape you're using, how you're scaling, and make a screendump?

Re: Re-Sizing Problem
Hi
I'm very new to this so hope I can answer your questions correctly
I am using version 0.48.1
I drew the teeth from scratch ..
Firstly a black outline filled in black and grouped together. Repeated top and bottom and then grouped.
Next a dark grey outline drawn with the bezier and placed on top and grouped.
A lighter grey outline (seems to be the problem one) placed inside the dark grey.
Have attached this as this seems to be the problem
To re-size I am locking the ratio and then dragging smaller.

Re: Re-Sizing Problem
The two grey shapes are strokes.
When you are scaling, there are 4 buttons after the word "Affects:" in the tool bar. Make sure that the first (affects stroke) is selected so the stroke will scale when you scale the group.
