Image issues
Image issues
I created a logo in inkscape and saved it. I open it in Explorer and it looks normal. I open it in signcut software and it shows up duplicated and flipped on top of itself. Almost like a duplicate but mirrored and flipped. Any help is appreciated.
Re: Image issues
SVGs have a funny coordinate system. Technically, 0,0 is the top left corner, rather than the bottom left. Inkscape displays the coordinate system in the more accepted way and then converts the values when it's stored.
I would suggest that there's nothing wrong with your SVG, rather your Signcut Software does not properly support the SVG standard--it's assuming 0,0 is the bottom left corner. You should probably notify the software company.
Failing that, you could flip your image in Inkscape so appears up the right way in Signcut.

Re: Image issues
I was playing with Sign-cut and I changed the main colors of the image to yellow and white and re saved. This was a little better as now the image I made showed up yellow and white and the flipped version was still black. So then I figured out I can deselect the black tiles and it works but Id like to figure out why it did it in first place.
Thanks for the advice and I'll see if that works too.
