left/right scroll bar for work space disappeared

left/right scroll bar for work space disappeared

Hi all. I'm new to inkscape. The left/right scroll bar for colors is still there, but the l/r bar to move the image disappeared. It was there before. How can I get it to appear again? I tried closing and reopening inkscape but it didn't help.

That's a rather outdated version of the keyboard and mouse reference (based on Inkscape 0.46) ;-)

Off topic:
Google had it first.
For the original post's case even the 0.45 version had the same key combination for scrollbars.
You are right. Time to recharge my braincells with sleeping.
