I'm not sure what you're asking. Have a look at these 2 pages in the Inkscape Guide: http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL ... -Path.html
and http://tavmjong.free.fr/INKSCAPE/MANUAL ... -Flow.html
If either of those is what you want, then there you have the instructions. Although please feel free to ask if you don't understand something; we're here to help :D

And also, if neither of those is what you're asking, would you please clarify. I think you could also be looking for a block-style font, just not sure????

Select your text. Then in the path menu, choose "object to path". I think that's what you want.
