Maybe it's a bug in the renderer but most probably
This is because of pixel being on a boundary.
If your dark shape starts at y=100 and the border is 1px (or any odd or non inteneger number) wide then the renderer needs to draw 50% of this pixel at 99 and 50% at 100.
The same goes for a filled object (with no border) that does not start at integer positions. If your shape starts at 100.8 then the renderer will merge 80% of background (white) with 20% of shape (black) = light gray
There is some extension to realign your objects

Still waiting. Current stable version is 0.92.2.
There is a development version (considered experimental) but I don't know if this feature is in it yet. Moini got a screenshot, so maybe it is?
